Specify additional requirements on certain contracted school programs

To require “integrated student support” services that school districts contract outside organizations to provide to include “health services, employment services, mentoring or tutoring services, human services, enrichment and accelerated learning opportunities, before- and after-school programs, recreation, related assistance” and more. Providers could not duplicate services already provided by public school employees.
