Restrict excessive charges for emergency medical care

To authorize license law sanctions on individual medical service providers who provide “outside network” emergency services that are not covered by an individual’s health insurance and fail to provide specified disclosures of this. This is part of a package comprised of Senate Bills 570 to 573; see also House Bills 4459, 4460 and 4991.
