2019 Senate Bill 405

Make state park vehicle tax surcharge the default

Introduced in the Senate

Aug. 20, 2019

Introduced by Sen. Adam Hollier (D-2)

To change the statutory description of a state “recreation passport fee” to reflect proposals in House Bills 4486 and 4775 to make the fee the “default” when renewing license plates, and to reallocate some of the fee revenue to local recreation projects, not just improvements to state parks and state-operated public boating access sites.
