Introduced in the Senate

June 5, 2019

Introduced by Sen. Jim Stamas (R-36)

To expand the selective tax breaks that in 2015 were authorized for the developer of a data center in the “Pyramid” building near Grand Rapids, and possibly to some other “data center” firms.
