Increase sanctions for recording image of minor in state of undress

To revise a law that prohibits surveillance, recording or capturing the image of a person in a state of undress under circumstances in which the individual would have a reasonable expectation of privacy, subject to up to five years in prison and a $5,000 fine, by authorizing up to seven years in prison and a $50,000 fine if the subject is a minor.
