Ban authorities collecting vehicle GPS data without warrant

To prohibit a person including a state agency from accessing or collecting GPS location data from a vehicle without a court order, a valid search warrant, or the written consent of the vehicle owner. This would also apply to a vehicle operator with a “digital license plate” authorized by a 2018 law.
