To require the state agency in charge of corporate subsidies and government “economic development” programs (called the “Michigan Strategic Fund” to investigate hiring a contractor to develop and operate a “virtual business road map” that among other things “identifies possible legal entities for the conduct of the applicant's business;” “assists in applying for one or more legal entity designations;” “assists users with state compliance issues” including applying for the correct state-mandated licenses” and more.
