Require parking lots use new handicap space logo

To mandate that new parking lots indicate spaces for persons with disabilities with blue or white signs at least 12 inches by 18 inches that have handicapped logo proposed by House Bill 4516 “depicting a dynamic character leaning forward with a sense of movement.” Existing lots would have to use the proposed image whenever signs are replaced.
