To revise a 2015 law that earmarked $600 million in state income tax revenue to road repairs starting in the 2020-21 fiscal year, and smaller amounts in the 2018-19 and 2019-20 fiscal years, by increasing the latter two earmarks from $264 million to $475 million, and from $468 million to $600 million, respectively.
