Revise drivers ed instructor training

To allow driver education instructor courses to be offered online, including recorded lessons (versus live). Also, to eliminate a mandate that driver education instructors have a masters degree, and instead require a bachelors degree or four years of experience teaching drivers ed. The bill would also exempt certified school teachers from some parts of the training, and change the required course from “two semester hours” to “30 contact hours” of instruction over at least one week.
