To eliminate the sunset and extend indefinitely a <a href="http://www.michiganvotes.org/2013-SB-374">2013 law</a> that require the state to maintain a “hotline” manned 24 hours a day all year long to collect anonymous reports regarding concerns of potential harm, self-harm, or criminal acts against students, school employees, or school property, which reports could include cell phone camera and video images.
