To revise details of the law authorizing government-subsidized “technology parks” to accommodate the proposal in House Bills 6051 to 6057 to cut the property tax that manufacturers currently pay on business tools and equipment (called the “personal property tax”), and eliminate it for smaller non-manufacturing businesses.
