Require government grant recipient disclosures

To require a for-profit or nonprofit private entity that received $1 million or more in government grants during a fiscal year to post on a website its union contracts, certified financial statement, the compensation and benefits paid to its 10 most highly compensated employees or officers, and any contract it entered with a value of $25,000 or more.
