To make an exception to the confidentiality provisions of the Medical Marijuana law, so that the Department of Community Health could reveal the identity and residence of a person who has qualified for a medical marijuana buyer’s card to a law enforcement agency for purposes of getting a search warrant only. Because the state’s medical marijuana law was adopted in a popular vote, the measure would require a three-fourths vote.
