To repeal a provision in the teacher tenure law that deems a school district not providing a performance evaluation for a teacher in the last year of an initial four year “probationary” period before tenure is granted to be conclusive evidence of satisfactory performance. Also, to prohibit granting tenure unless the teacher is rated “effective”.
