Revise “cottage food” licensure exemption

To increase from $15,000 to $30,000 the total allowable sales by a “cottage food operation” before more stringent licensure and regulation mandates kick in. This applies to a person who produces or packages “non-potentially hazardous food” in a domestic residence.
