Revoke child care licenses of establishment where child died

To give the Department of Human Services the authority to permanently revoke the license or registration of a child care center, day care center, family child care home, or group child care home, if a child dies in its care, and it is determined that the child's death was a result of a licensing violation, neglect, or child endangerment.
