Require transportation partnership revenue be used for transportation spending

To place before voters in the next general election a Constitutional amendment to require that any revenue from a transportation “public-private partnership,” including toll roads and bridge projects such as the Detroit River International Crossing (DRIC) to be used for transportation purposes or for paying down the project bonds, and not for Department of Transportation overhead expenses.
