Authorize court injunction for voter registration violations

To authorize the state Attorney General or any person who believes that a person or group is violating voter registration laws to seek a court injunction to compel compliance or enjoin further noncompliance with those laws. The person seeking the injunction would be entitled to receiving a payment for court costs from the violators.
