Mandate child care “licensing notebooks”

To require the operator of a child care center, group child care home, or family child care home to keep and make available to parents a licensing notebook that includes all licensing, registration, inspection and special investigation reports, and corrective action plans, plus a list of any incidents from the past 10 years that required a child’s hospitalization or resulted in death.
