This would appropriate $83.5 million in gross spending, compared to $107.8 million, which was the FY 2008-2009 amount enrolled in 2008. Of this, $32.4 million will come from the general fund (funded by actual state tax revenues), compared to the FY 2008-2009 amount of $31.2 million.
