To revise a provision of the “Michigan Strategic Fund” law authorizing a wide variety of selective business subsidies which prohibits subsidies being granted to a person who has been convicted of a criminal offense related to a state contract. The bill would allow a person to satisfy this requirement by filing an affidavit.
