To revise the law clarifying details of the ownership rights in tools, dies, jigs, gauges, gauging fixtures, special machinery, cutting tools, or metal castings manufactured by a special tool builder (“special tools”). The bill would make invalid contracts that waive a special toolbuilder’s rights under that law.
