To revise the <a href="http://www.michiganvotes.org/2003-HB-4127">law</a> that prohibits auto insurance providers from unreasonably restricting an insured customer from using a particular shop or parts for repairs covered by a policy, so that it also prohibits them from delaying a damage appraisal on the basis of the customer’s choice of a particular shop.
