To eliminate the Feb. 28, 2009 sunset on the 2007 law that authorized a 19 cents to 25 cents per line 9-1-1 tax collected by all providers of telephone service of whatever type (landline, cable, VOIP, cellular, etc.), in addition to existing county millages and levies.
