Amendment offered by Rep. Kate Ebli (D-56)

To tie-bar the bill to House Bill 5983, meaning this bill cannot become law unless that one does also. HB 5983would repeal a statutory limit of 25 on the number of raptors that may be captured statewide each year for falconry, and leaves setting a limit to the discretion of the Natural Resources Commission based on "sound management practices".
