Authorize triple damages for unreasonable claims denial by insurers

To allow a person who believes that an insurance company has unreasonably denied a claim to sue for damages (including costs), and authorize a circuit court to award triple damages. The person would have to give the insurance company notice and 20 days to settle the claim before filing the suit.
