To limit uses other than just ingress and egress at road ends on inland lakes. The bill would prohibit an individual from installing a seasonal dock or boat hoist without a specific deed right, or without permission of the local government. It would restrict the size of such docks installed by an individual or a local government without a DNR permit. The bill would also prohibit mooring or docking an unoccupied vessel in the water off a road end between midnight and sunrise.
