Substitute offered

To replace the previous version of the bill with one that also requires law enforcement agencies to notify the DCH and the local health department regarding potential contamination at site of illegal drug manufacturing and post a written warning on the premises. The DCH would have to determine whether the premises were likely to be contaminated, and if they were the DCH or the local health department would have to issue an order requiring the premises to be vacated until it is cleaned up.

Also to require a written warning be posted on premises identified as a meth lab, require DCH to determine whether the premises were likely to be contaminated, and if they are so require the DCH or the local health department to issue an order requiring the premises to be vacated until they are cleaned up.
