Impose mobile home park permit fees

The House-Senate conference report for the Fiscal Year (FY) 2006-2007 Department of Environmental Quality budget. This appropriates $444.2 million in gross spending, compared to $455.2 million, which was the FY 2005-2006 amount enrolled in 2005. Of this, $33.8 million will come from the general fund (funded by actual state tax revenues), compared to the FY 2005-2006 amount of $31.8 million. $251.3 million comes from state license and fee revenue.
