Allow former employer to disclose employee felonies

To establish that an employer or former employer is immune from civil liability for disclosing to an individual's prospective employer that the individual was convicted of a felony, if the employer has authoritative written proof of this, and if the conviction is a legal disqualification for the prospective job.
