Ban disclosure of certain genetic test results

To prohibit health care professionals and facilities from releasing the results or even the existence of a presymptomatic or predictive genetic test without the prior written permission of the patient or his or her legal representative. This would apply to disclosing genetic information related to particular diseases to insurance companies, for example.
