Expand “clean corporate citizen" proposal to medical waste

To extend the provisions of the “clean corporate citizen program” proposed by Senate Bill 354 to also apply to generators of medical waste and health care entities subject to state radiation control statutes and regulations. Under SB 354, a “clean corporate citizen” would be eligible for discounts on certain permit, license or other fees.
