Revise ban on displaying sexually explicit material to minors

To make it a crime for a parent to display sexually explicit material to a minor for purposes of sexual gratification, subject to two years in prison and a $10,000 fine. This is not be a crime if the material was displayed for a different purpose (such as educational).
