Require review of state contracts with disabled

To require the Department of Management and Budget to review at least once a year the status of a law that requires the state to make an effort to award at least three percent of state purchasing contracts to persons with disabilities, and report to the legislature twice each year. Under current law the three-percent level is reviewed every five years.
