Postpone repayment of state sugar loan

To allow the recipient of the taxpayer-subsidized loan authorized by Public Act 342 of 2004 to postpone any repayment until March 1, 2008. This refers to a $5 million, zero-interest state loan granted to a Saginaw-area sugar beet growers' cooperative to purchase the assets of the Monitor Sugar processing company.
