Detroit-Wayne County community mental health changes

To require a community mental health services program established by a single county with a population greater than 400,000 to be an official “community mental health authority” as defined in statute in order to contract with the Department of Community Health to provide Medicaid mental health services. This primarily affects the Detroit-Wayne County community mental health services program (CMHSP).
