Revise multi-state college tuition compact law

To revise the law that authorizes the negotiation of reciprocal agreements for the reduction or waiver of nonresident tuition and fees at state colleges for residents of Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio and Ontario. The bill would prohibit such agreements from having a duration of more than three years.
