Tax breaks for Greenville “redevelopment renaissance zone”

To authorize the designation by the Michigan Strategic Fund of a “redevelopment renaissance zone” intended to promote the redevelopment of existing industrial facilities in the City of Greenville in Montcalm County. Renaissance zones are areas where all business-paid or resident-paid state and local taxes (except local debt issues) are waived for a specified period.
