Revise foster care hearing procedures

To require the family division of circuit court to conduct a permanency planning hearing within 12 months after a court order removes a child from his or her home, if the parental rights have not been terminated and if the child has remained in foster care. The bill also would revise the time frame for the family court to hold a permanency planning hearing in abuse cases.
