Authorize sale of several state properties

To sell certain state properties in Alpena, Prairieville (Barry County), New Buffalo Township, Calumet, Mount Pleasant, Blackman (Jackson County), and Detroit. The properties will first be offered to the local governments for public use for less than market value, and if they don’t want them, sold for fair market value. The bill also authorizes the dismantling of a surplus building in Lansing.
