Major sports event liquor licenses

To eliminate the minimum population threshold for host communities in the law that authorizes a special international sporting event liquor license, which allows the sale of liquor in designated theme areas related to the event. See House Bill 5731. The bill also raises the fee for such licenses to $1000.
