Detroit-Wayne County community mental health services program changes

To require a community mental health services program established by a single county to first be an official “community mental health authority” as defined in statute in order to contract with the Department of Community Health to provide Medicaid mental health services. This affects the Detroit-Wayne County community mental health services program (CMHSP). See Senate Bills 1076 to 1080.
