To clarify that the provision allowing a person to obtain a second vehicle permit for just $10 if it is for a recreational vehicle used as a stationary primary camping shelter, only applies to a particular stay at a single park, and is not an annual permit. Also, to require the Department of Natural Resources to prepare annual reports on the use of the new fees proposed by the bill, and the on the revisions to the system of funding state parks which it authorizes.
