To prohibit the operation of an off-road vehicle by a person who is under the influence of or is visibly impaired by alcohol or a controlled substance. The bill also clarifies that the new drunk driving blood-alcohol-content (BAC) threshold of .08 grams per 100 milliliters applies to ORV drivers.
