Revise delinquent child support enforcement

To authorize Friend of the Court offices to administratively modify an order of income withholding to account for child support arrearages, and require a person with arrearages to participate in a work activity if he or she has been found in contempt of court for failing to participate in work referred by the Friend of the Court. The bill is part of a legislative package comprised of House Bills 4768 to 4777.
