To clarify in a new bill that the retroactive correction of a terminated child support order proposed by House Bill 4120 is a correction of a mistake and not a retroactive modification. House Bill 4120 would allow a man ordered to pay child support to petition for relief from payments if genetic testing shows that he is not the child’s father.
