Clarify definition of dependent for teacher pensions

To clarify the definition of “dependent” in the law governing the pensions of public school retirees. The bill would specify that a health insurance dependent would include the retiree’s spouse (or surviving spouse), and an unmarried child who is considered a dependent of the retiree under federal tax law. The child would not have to be the retiree’s child by birth or adoption.
