2002 Senate Bill 1327

To prohibit anyone except a riparian land owner from placing a mooring buoy anchor on lake bottomland, and except for one mooring buoy anchor used for private recreational purposes, require a riparian land owner to have a permit to place or use a mooring buoy. A mooring buoy anchor would have to be directly lakeward of the person’s land, and have the person’s name and address on it.
