To authorize a court to require an individual arrested and charged with sexual assault, intravenous drug use, or prostitution to be tested for HIV, and, upon conviction, to require the individual to pay the actual costs of the test. If the individual refuses to pay, the court could find the defendant guilty of a misdemeanor for failure to pay a court ordered cost.
